How is my sow count determined?
A sow is any active female pig in your system that is older than 7 months. Your sow count is automatically calculated from your Piggy Pro records and updated daily. Billing adjusts as your herd grows or shrinks.
Can I use the free plan with more than 15 sows?
Yes. The Piggy Pro free plan is available for any farm size, but it has limited features. Paid plans unlock the full management, reporting, support, and service discount features.
Can I choose monthly or quarterly billing?
Yes. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. Annual billing is selected by default during registration when an annual promotion is active.
How do service discounts work?
Growth tier clients (75-150 sows) receive a 15% discount on all additional services. Enterprise clients (150+ sows) receive a 30% discount. Discounts are applied automatically when you request a service.
